Returns Specialist
E-commerce
Are you accurate, practical, and fond of structure? In our fast-growing e-commerce environment, you will ensure that product returns are handled neatly and correctly.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out thorough visual and functional checks of returned items
- Assess condition/defects and determine the next steps
- Register and process returns in the system
- Work closely with colleagues in the warehouse to ensure smooth throughput
- Work according to our quality standards
What you bring
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus
- You work accurately and independently
- You have a basic command of English
- Working days and hours by agreement (day shifts preferred)
- You feel at home in a dynamic, structured work environment
