BF Global Logistics takes over the logistics activities of The Cookware Company.

BF Global Logistics, with locations in Enschede, Raamsdonksveer and Venlo, has been handling many of The Cookware Company’s B2B logistics activities on the European mainland since 1 May 2021. The acquisition was completed in a very short time, with initial contacts taking place in early December 2020. All activities will be carried out from Waddinxveen, the location of The Cookware Company. The Cookware Company and BF Logistics will join forces to professionalise the operations and further streamline the logistics.

BF Global Logistics was founded in 2012 by a group of logistics experts who have been working together for over 20 years. BF Global Logistics got off to a successful start and we have achieved a leading position in the Dutch freight forwarding industry. We aim to significantly expand all our logistics activities, including air and sea freight, road transport, warehousing and distribution. This acquisition is an example of that.

The Cookware Company is a global cookware manufacturing company. In the past, it has acquired several major Dutch companies in this sector, such as Kempen & Begeer and BK. In BF Global, The Cookware Company has found a partner to make quality and efficiency improvements in its B2B logistics activities. BF’s WMS has recently been implemented and gone live, which was also a significant reason for The Cookware Company to collaborate with BF Global Logistics. All of The Cookware Company’s B2B activities will be conducted from Waddinxveen, including warehouse activities, distribution within the EU, and direct deliveries to specific accounts such as AH, Makro, etc.
The fact that all 12 of The Cookware Company’s logistics employees could also join BF Global was crucial in the decision-making process.

This acquisition particularly strengthens the position of BF Global Logistics and sets the stage for further growth.
