We brought all agreements, statuses, and milestones together in a single digital environment. The OMS gives our team and IGEPA the exact same, real-time view of every shipment: who is responsible, current progress, and what actions are due. From production readiness and shipment dates to customs and delivery planning; everything is visible and aligned.

On top of the OMS, we configured visual dashboards tailored to IGEPA’s information needs. At a glance, they can see where shipments are, whether action is required, and the expected delivery date. The result: instant oversight without unnecessary detail, and fewer ad-hoc status checks.

All shipment-related communication runs through the OMS, so there’s a single source of truth for updates and decisions. No parallel threads, no missed messages.
The People Behind the Process
Our colleague Heleen Heitink, Solution Engineer, plays a central role. She coordinates across producers, transport planning, and last-mile delivery in the Netherlands and Germany. Heleen monitors progress and keeps communication clear and current so that decisions are timely, and surprises are eliminated.
