Not an everyday question for BF Global Warehouse, but this request came from a customer we have been working with for years and for which we hold a lot of inventory. In cases like this, you don’t say ‘no’.

So, in consultation with the customer, we looked at the requirements and needs then jointly established procedures.
Two employees from the customer’s company in America flew to our warehouse in Belfeld to instruct our employees on how to replace the parts of the remote-controlled model cars. Then we could get to work with the aim of making the products more attractive to consumers.
In our warehouse in Belfeld, we are not only good at managing your inventory and processing shipments at our cross-dock, but also at re-work as described above. Together with you, our customer, we can do this to the highest standards.
